Pattern Sets

If you have any issues with your patterns, please complete the contact form. If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a full refund. You must report issues within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Beading Kits

If you have an issue or are missing any parts of your kit please reach out. Kits must be returned to recieve a refund. If purchased through a retail store please return at the store. Reach out if you have any issues. Online returns must be started withing 30 days of purchase.
